Does SOMALIA need another Independant seeking region?

Some of the traditional elders of Digil and Mirifle tribes are campaigning for the southern regions to gain independent state.

This efforts, which are now underway is jointly made by traditional elders, intellectuals and politicians of Digil and Mirifle tribes.

The main regions they are focusing are Bay, Bakool, Gedo, the Jubbas and the lower Shabelle which they said are all where their people live.

After sensitive and sequence meeting the party elected a chairman of Digil and Mirifle tribes and they vowed to carry forward their plans until they harvest it is fruits.

The elected chairman Ahmed Mohamed Yakub addressed the members after he was elected and said that he would do to the best of his level to bring together the scattered tribes of Digil and Mirifle tribes and their denied lands as well.

“This is a new start and it would end in success” MP Mohamed Issack Afarale who is also a member of the party said.

Harin tribe which is among the Digil tribes have boycotted this move by the other tribes of Digil and Mirifle tribes, and they have said that they are not contented with how this issue is administered.

Some reliable sources say that why the Hiran tribe is spoiling this administration is because the presidency of Shatigadud for the Rahaweyn Resistance Army was earlier spoilt.

As you probably know i sometimes check on Somali current affairs and occasionally i find something positive about today’s Somali political situation.

This report tops all my expectations, for so long now i have always believed that the key to Somali peace is if we all split up into qabiil, each qabiil or clan claims there own inhibited land and there is nothing to fight over, Somalia is already 60% split up as the Isaaq in the north already have their own state and its functioning well with hardly any corruptions reported, while also in the north the Daarods also have their own state which is known as Punt land.

In south now a new rahanweyn state is emerging which consists of 6 Somali regions, i honestly believe this is the most useful and fertile land Somalia has and as a result we as they will benefit the most.

Haweiye will have the remaining 3 regions while Banaadir will be a region for federal Somalia and ruled by reer xamar people.

Somalia’s solution to  gain peace and stability is through separation.

My Top 3 Favourites to replace David Tennant in Doctor Who!

July 5, 2008 – 6:37 pm

1) Richard E. Grant - I’d like an older dude for a bit, plus he’s got an incredibly powerful voice when he gets pissy. Which would be nice rather compared too David’s nasaly-back-of-the-throat mean voice which is more funny than it should be. Top that off with is scrunched up nose, reared teeth, lowered caveman brow, and you’ve got a needlessly funny face for a serious situation. That’s always bugged me.

2) Stephen Fry - He is such the antithesis to David Tennant’s 10th doctor. He’s larger (width and height), a little less sexy and neuveau, and deffinetly a little more of a “poofter”. it’d be interesting to see that kind of challenge for the doctor: having it be “oh I’m unattractive and kind of off putting” rather than, “oh my, the assistant really wants to jump my bones. What shall I do?”.

Besides the fact that he’s a comic genius and that it an get back a litle of the curmudgeon doctor, as well as make him more genial (sort of like th old doctors). The recent doctors have ben too “Sexy” and “handsome”. Get an everyman in there and show how much damage he can do.
